James Ipe
James Ipe is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Certified Public Accountant (USA), and has successfully cleared the UAE Corporate Tax Diploma from PwC. With extensive cross-border experience in auditing, financial management, corporate advisory, and corporate tax, he brings over a decade of diverse expertise, having worked across consulting and industry in leadership roles. His strong credentials and regional expertise make him particularly well- suited for client advisory in corporate tax.
He began his career with a Top 10 global consulting firm in the UAE, where he advised clients across sectors on audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. During his tenure, he developed a strong foundation in international standards and client-focused advisory.
Following his consulting experience, James served in the corporate office of a major electrical accessory group, managing finance and governance functions for its subsidiaries across the GCC, Africa, India, and China. His responsibilities spanned group consolidation under IFRS, treasury and cash flow management, international taxation, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Jimmy John
Jimmy John is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) accredited by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA). He also holds a certificate in “Business Analytics-Decision Making Using Data” from Cambridge Judge Business School (UK). With extensive experience in financial accounting, internal auditing, and management reporting, Jimmy has a solid foundation in the UAE’s financial and compliance landscape, particularly within the education sector.
He began his professional journey in India as an auditor before moving to the Middle East. In Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE, he has held key roles in the construction, education, and service industries, accumulating years of practical experience in financial management and compliance.
Beyond his core accounting and administrative responsibilities, Jimmy brings valuable expertise in compliance and risk management—an area he takes pride in. His unwavering focus on regulatory adherence ensures that every organization he serves remains compliant with government rules and regulations. Since the introduction of VAT in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in implementing accounting and tax-compliant systems wherever he has worked.
